Wig Styling: Teasing A Hime Gyaru Wig
Because some people have asked me how I get my hime wigs to be super BOOM FLUFFY, here’s a quick, derpy tutorial. This is how I do it, but I’m sure there are other methods. XD This will result in a more voluminous styling, but I know these wigs can get much poofier if you back-comb them to high heavens and back. XD

Inspired by Princess Celestia! I’ve been wanting to do a shiro lolita look for a while now, and I finally have it. Too bad I’m going to paint these shoes orange for my cosplay. :(

I remember that I promised photos of this wig. XD
This wig photographs so beautifully, I swear. It would be a good basic wig, since it’s very wearable too. I was happy when I took it out of the bag and it was so thick, plus the curls held nicely. :)
The base wig by itself was already very thick. Keep in mind that I did not do any styling. I just shook it out a little after taking it out of the bag. The curls are formed very nicely, and the blending of fibers was gorgeous.
Here it is with the twintails attached. It makes the wig look even thicker. :D
I can’t say enough good things about this wig, I think. The fibers are soft and the curls feel so luxurious. It’s pretty versatile, and can go with lolita, gyaru, and even cosplay (I’m using it for my SeeU cosplay, too).
This wig deserves a 5/5 for quality. I’ve got a pretty big collection of wigs, and I’ve worked with wigs of varying lengths, styles, and quality. The Creme de la Creme blend is among my best wigs, and that’s saying something, because I only order from the good, reliable brands. :P

This wig was even more awesome than I expected it to be! Here’s a sort of teaser for the video review I made. I’ll be uploading it within the week. I managed to shoot a couple more videos today, and I’m pretty happy about that. It’s been a good day. :)

I’ve been waiting to get my hands on this wig for a long time, and I finally got it after several months of waiting T__T I couldn’t resist cramming a quick mini-shoot with it this morning. XD
I just had to pair this wig with the adorabow from Dolldelight. ♥
